I needed to find an off street parking space after the recent snow storm. Safe Haven has monthly covered parking on the 3rd floor of the 1352 Washington St garage (entrance on North St) at a very reasonable price. I was able to book online and start parking the same day.

Safe Haven really is true to their name! Their customer service is top notch! I have nothing bad to say about them! This was my first time utilizing self storage and their team made the whole process extremely easy! When moving in I made a huge mistake by leaving my unit's keys in another state but I already had rented and loaded the moving truck with all my stuff by the time I realized so I found myself in what I thought was gonna be a nightmare situation. Thankfully all it took was one call to their office! Right away they got someone to cut the lock and had a new one waiting for me apon arrival. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and understanding in handling a crisis completely brought on by me myself and I! They really care about their customers and shows. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend!!
