Starting a rental was simple and straightforward. I do appreciate they are open for access on Sunday's (although for a shorter time frame). I searched online for local storage. Chose Safe Haven, yet I was never there. I called a few times before I was finally able to get there. Timothy went above & beyond to accommodate my needs.
